We respect your right to privacy and therefore want to ensure that we comply with the legal requirements of the POPI Act which governs how we collect, process, store, share and destroy personal information you have provided to us.

What information do we collect?

 Information you provide to us: When you complete a customer profile or other form online or communicate with us by email, letter, fax or telephone, we receive and store the information you have provided to us.


This information is basic information, including: name, addresses, telephone, fax and mobile phone numbers, email address, interests and business information (if applicable). We use the information you provide for purposes such as responding to your requests, communicating with you, and customizing future services for you.


Third Party Vendors: In addition to collecting your information, we may have third party vendors who also collect your information to provide the products and/or services you have requested (e.g., credit card companies or banks, call centers, suppliers, affiliates, and marketing companies).


Generally, these companies are intermediaries who act solely to provide services in relation to your request. Most of these vendors have their own privacy policies to protect your information, and have access to personal information necessary to perform their functions on behalf of WANDD, but may not use it for any other purpose.

Why do we collect personal information?

 We collect personal information in order to contact you by phone, through our website or email, so that we can:


  • Respond to a question or comment we receive from you;

  • To inform you about new services;

  • Process, validate and verify information and requests for the provision of services;

  • Take appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure that your personal information is kept secure and protected against unauthorized or unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction or damage, alteration, disclosure or access;

  • Notify you immediately if we become aware of any unauthorized use, disclosure or unauthorized processing of your personal data;

  • Upon reasonable request, provide you with reasonable evidence of our compliance with our obligations under this policy

  • We will not retain your personal information for longer than the period for which it was originally required, unless we are required to do so by law or you consent to such retention.




Your rights

  • Object to the processing of personal data (subject to legislation);

  • Request the return or destruction of personal data (subject to legislation);

  • File a complaint with the company.

  • If you do not wish to receive emails or other mail from us, please click on the preferences link at the bottom of any email sent by WANDD and you will be removed from our mailing list.


WANDD may have public forums where users with similar interests can share information and support each other or where users can ask questions. Our communities are open to the public and should not be considered private.


Any information you share in an online community is open to the public and is not private. Please think carefully before posting any personal information in a public forum. What you post may be seen, disclosed or collected by third parties and may be used by others in ways that we cannot control or predict, including to contact you for unauthorized purposes. As with any public forum on a site, the information you post may also appear in third-party search engines such as Google, Yahoo, MSN, Bing, etc.


Personal information processed by us will not be forwarded/passed on to third parties abroad or in an international organization.


If the data is transferred, we will ensure that the recipient is subject to a law/agreement that gives your personal data a level of protection similar to the POPI Act.
